Your day-to-day role

Here, you are not a salesperson.
You are at the heart of decision-making.

Financial Analysis & Decision-Making

• Dive into financial statements, cash flows, and projections
• Assess repayment capacity and real risks
• Structure sound and tailored financing solutions
• Recommend, justify, and influence decisions

Monitoring & Financial Insight

• Follow your files over time (not just at entry) )
• Detect early warning signs before they become issues
• Adjust your analyses to reflect business realities

Business Relationships (with depth)

• Engage with entrepreneurs to understand their business models
• Go beyond the numbers… without ever overlooking them

You will recognize yourself if:

• You enjoy in-depth financial statement analysis
• You are comfortable taking a position, not just describing
• You have a structured and critical mindset

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, credit, or business financing
• Strong understanding of risk and profitability concepts

Conditions

• 35 hours/week, hybrid mode
• $60,100 to $78,600 + bonus
• 4 weeks of vacation
